Foxconn presents healthcare robotics developed with YUAN and NVIDIA.
The COMPUTEX 2026 presentation covered deployed nursing robots, a scrub nurse robot co-developed with YUAN, chemotherapy logistics, and clinical-agent software.

Foxconn (TWSE: 2317) presented healthcare robotics and clinical-agent systems at COMPUTEX 2026 and NVIDIA GTC Taipei 2026 on June 1. Foxconn B Group President Barry Chiang and Digital Health User Experience Design Director Alice Lin discussed Nurabot deployments plus systems built with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac, Holoscan, MONAI, Nemotron, and NemoClaw.
Nurabot, now in the wards
Foxconn said Nurabot completed field validation last year and is expanding into hospitals, long-term care settings, and nursing education institutions. The company reported 75–80 daily tasks, including medication delivery and specimen transport, plus an approximately 30 percent reduction in nursing workload in the measured deployments.
A scrub nurse robot, co-developed with YUAN
Foxconn also showed a scrub nurse collaborative robot developed with Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Taichung Veterans General Hospital, and YUAN High-Tech. The system uses the NVIDIA Isaac for Healthcare Agent-Ready Rheo Blueprint and Isaac GR00T Vision-Language-Action architecture for multimodal perception and surgical-scene analysis. Foxconn said simulation training and workflow validation are complete and clinical validation is planned next.
A closed loop for chemotherapy
A third demonstration, developed with Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Yuyama Manufacturing, and FARobot, connects chemotherapy compounding and delivery. ChemoRo compounds medication, the FARobot SMR30 transports it through the hospital, and Nurabot delivers it to nursing stations and patients. NVIDIA Omniverse provides the corresponding virtual-hospital environment.
CoDoClaw: the orchestration layer
Foxconn also introduced CoDoClaw, a clinical-agent system built on the open-source NVIDIA NemoClaw blueprint. It coordinates breast-cancer screening, ECG analysis, fundus imaging, and coronary-artery analysis tools through one interface for detection, scheduling, report generation, and follow-up workflows.
Chiang said, "Healthcare's next transformation will not come from AI models alone, but from AI systems capable of perceiving, reasoning and acting in real-world clinical environments alongside healthcare professionals." Foxconn plans to continue this work with NVIDIA and other Taiwan Digital Health Alliance partners in hospitals, long-term care, and home healthcare.
